I was at a customer to do an Intune job – when I was browsing around in the Intune Portal an found some things strange in the Apple DEP section.

The sync from Apple DEP was stopped a couple of months ago.

The message was:

Cannot sync with the Apple DEP services. The organization has not accepted latest Terms and Conditions of the program

After login to http://deploy.apple.com and accepted the new “Terms and Conditions” the sync was restored and devices was synced from Apple DEP service. It seems like everything is working now.

But the error or the Last sync date was not changed – when this is resolved the post will be updated.
